More ticks than we can shake a stick at! Great shots of a season which looks full on. How close are you to that copperhead? And what camera / settings are you using?
ReplyDeleteThe copper head was just 3 or 4 feet from the steps to the back door/porch and I was up a few steps zoomed in (18x) with my "old" panasonic Lumix set on Automatic. He was a little guy but big enough to hurt someone so I gave the girls the "don't mess with THESE snakes! they are BAD" lecture. Beautiful even if they are BAD. This one was not at our house but a friend's new place about 7 miles from the Wild O Ranch. Not sure we can say there are not copperheads here. c
